Qindred is a community built around the belief that chosen family is the foundation of queer longevity. We believe helping queer people live healthier, longer and more connected lives is one of the most important things we can do right now. The dinners are how we begin building chosen family. The science is what brought us here.
Every Wednesday. Groups of 5-6, carefully put together. You'll share three dinners with the same table before meeting a new one. Come whenever works for you. We use a weekly opt-in so you only commit when you're free. There's always a table for you.
Once a month, we plan something. You won't know what it is until two days before. A venue, an experience, something worth showing up for. All you need to do is keep the time free.

We're members, not just founders.
We built Qindred because we felt it ourselves. As doctors, the deeper we looked into what actually keeps people well, the more one thing kept showing up: the people around you. The people you choose to spend your life with change everything. Not just emotionally. For LGBTQ+ people specifically, that isn't a theory. It's measurable.
We looked at what was happening to our community. The bars closed. The rents rose. The communities that built them dispersed across zones and group chats. What we lost wasn't just a postcode. It was the accidental community. The stranger at the next table who became a friend. The conversation that happened because you were both just there. The 25-year-old sitting next to the 55-year-old, stories passing between generations without anyone organising it. The feeling that your city had a queer home you could walk into.
For generations queer people have built chosen family and understood that belonging changes lives. Health research is only now beginning to ask the right question. Care rooted in queer resilience, designed around queer lives, has barely existed. We're building it.
The community comes first. The dinners are where it begins. But the people joining Qindred now are becoming part of something that has never existed before. You're not just finding your people. You're helping build the future of queer longevity medicine.
We don't match you with your mirror image. We build a table with the right mix — different ages, backgrounds, and life stages. The listener, the storyteller, the one who makes people laugh, the one who notices what others miss. Everyone at the table is LGBTQ+. That's the foundation. Everything else is the mix.
Every Qindred member is verified. Every dinner is followed by a personal check-in. Every safety concern receives a human response within 24 hours. We've thought carefully about who's at the table, because the whole point is that you should be able to completely exhale when you get there.
This space is for LGBTQ+ people. That's who we are.
We show up for each other. If life gets in the way we give 24 hours notice so someone else can take our seat.
We treat everyone at our table with the same warmth we'd want for ourselves.
